Lynn Gall

Lynn Gall, b. 1948, in Dayton, Ohio is a self- taught paper maker, collagist, and mixed media artist. She has degrees in Anthropology and Organizational Behavior and worked for many years in corporate human resources departments. Additionally she has been an art instructor conducting workshops and classes in surface design for paper, collage and mixed media in the United States and in the UK.

Her current series "Lost" employs a meditative process of painting, cutting, folding and assembling paper formations with fragments of analog media fast becoming obsolete due to digitization. This technique results in arresting abstractions paying homage to the passage of time and inevitable change.
